Dan Vincent is Associate Professor of Economics, University of Maryland, and a Principal of MDI. Professor Vincent has also taught at Northwestern University, California Institute of Technology, and the University of Western Ontario. Most recently he has been on the auction project team for new auction designs for the FCC. Professor Vincent has published widely on auctions and related topics. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Toronto, B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University, and Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University. From January to August, 1999, he was Visiting Scholar at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
